A family room, sunroom and laundry/mud room were the focus of this renovation. New fireplace built ins over an existing wood burning fireplace were surrounded by the warm tones of the new furniture and lighting. The sunroom received heated floor, new furniture and better insulation. And that laundry room, formerly a corridor, became a larger and more functional happy place.
