HGTV’s Scott’s Vacation House Rules

This cottage was completely transformed from a dark (and scary) rental property to a bright and contemporary hit destination. OTD worked for HGTV behind the scenes to design this beachfront property. Features include a better kitchen layout (by removing a secondary door), new glass stairs, lower level themed bedrooms and cedar bathroom. And yes we put canoes on the wall and a ski chair lift outside as the perfect social media backdrops. Feature: HGTV
