This home renovation was a full demolition of the upper floor and partial demolition on the main floor. The main floor renovation includes converting a covered porch into a temperature controlled (including heated floors) mudroom, removing the interior closet to open the staircase with new railing and updating the powder room and family room finishes, flooring and lighting. The painted ceiling beams in the family room were stripped back to expose the original wood. The upper floor was fully renovated and reconfigured to include a bedroom with new windows and closets, new bathrooms and finishes.
