This (almost) retired couple and past client of 13D was ready to down-size from their 3,500sqft home to a 2 bedroom condo on the Lake.
New built ins throughout were the key to downsizing with a peace of mind – but this project was also about understanding the aging process and their needs for this new phase of life.
Project include new fireplace/built ins for family room, new built ins for the sitting room, reuse +new furniture and a refresh to the hallway and powder room. The wallpaper in this powder room was a ‘bucket list’ wallcovering which I finally found the right clients for.
